Further to Steve Edwin's post, I would certainly like to support any initiative to bring together Swale based talent to make films locally. I'm a mere actor but would love to help any time I could be useful. Sadly, I only heard about the festival on day 1 of 2009 but would love to wish everybody involved the greatest success.

Great news about this years festival! Congratulations to all involved. Now here's the thing, in Swale there are a lot of professionals working within the industry, actors, writers, producers, camera operators etc. Shouldn't we start a data base so all this talent could get together and produce our own movies? Let us know your thoughts. Best wishes, Steve Edwin and Rebecca Reaney.

seems I missed your film about ss Richard montgomery wreck. If there is somewhere it can be viewed on line or downloaded I would be happy to put a link to it from my site the "Richard Montgomery matter" which is all about the wreck. you will have to search for the above phrase as it seems that I cant put ssrichardmontgomery dot com url here.

Hi, I'm a local Councillor representing Roman Ward in Sittingbourne. I'm concerned that Sittingbourne should have a cinema. So it's great to see the festival taking shape this year. Long may it continue, and can I pass on my thanks to those who are bringing it to fruition. Mike Haywood
